Dan is a licensed REALTOR in Texas. Working with Your Home Free/Team Nelson, he has taken his passion for real estate and turned it into a career. Dan's work in the radio industry for over 20 years also provides a creative approach to sales/marketing, giving him an edge in the real estate industry. Investment properties and assisting first time buyers are of special interest to him, and he loves a challenge. 

Having grown up and lived in various parts of D/FW, Dan utilizes this knowledge to help his clients navigate the D/FW real estate market. 

Dan lives in Carrollton with his wife, Tara, and their dogs, cats, fish, and even chickens.
